This is a style I've been playing around with recently. I've come to call these guys Noodle Chibis because of the wavy limbs. As for why it's Hesper, well, I just felt like it. She's probably on another accip trip or something. I still can't believe I accidentally made a character who is basically a drug dealer (and a bit of a druggie). XD
In any case, I'm offering Noodle Chibi commissions for only $5 a pop. I accept payment through PayPal (my e-mail is degreesofdeath@gmail.com). Sorry, but no dA point equivalents. In the future, I plan to look into printing these and making buttons or simply laminated prints (about the size of a convention badge, hole punch optional) for an additional fee.
You may well see more of these from me in the future. They're hella fun to draw. Might even be a section of my gallery dedicated to them some day.
